Complete the online application form or visit our campus to submit the application in person. Once submitted, our admissions team will review your application within 48 hours and send a confirmation email with a unique application reference number. You will also receive a detailed checklist of documents to prepare for the next stage, along with guidance on what to expect during the interaction session.
Submit required documents for verification including previous academic records and ID proofs. Our administrative staff will carefully verify each document and maintain digital copies in your child's academic portfolio. Any discrepancies or missing documents will be flagged immediately so parents can rectify them before the interaction session, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
Student and parent interaction with our academic counselors to understand the child's needs. This friendly 20-30 minute session includes age-appropriate activities for the child and a meaningful conversation with parents about the school's values, curriculum framework, and mutual expectations. Our counselors use this opportunity to assess the child's social, emotional, and cognitive readiness for the respective grade level, ensuring a perfect fit.
Receive admission confirmation and complete the enrollment formalities to secure the seat. Once confirmed, parents will receive a detailed welcome kit including the school handbook, academic calendar, parent portal login credentials, and uniform ordering information. The final step involves payment of the admission fee online or at the school counter, after which the seat is officially reserved for your child.
Seetha International School welcomes students from diverse backgrounds. Our eligibility criteria ensure that every child receives the appropriate level of education tailored to their age and academic readiness. Age requirements are strictly enforced as per CBSE and Government of Telangana guidelines, with the cut-off date being June 1st of the academic year. For Grades 1-5, students must have successfully completed the previous grade at a recognized school and submit a valid transfer certificate. Middle and High School applicants are evaluated on their previous academic records and must demonstrate age-appropriate proficiency. We also welcome students with special educational needs, subject to an assessment of our ability to provide appropriate support and accommodations. Children of parents transferred to Hyderabad mid-academic year are given priority consideration, and we maintain a limited number of seats for such cases throughout the year.

The tuition fee covers all academic instruction, access to digital learning platforms, laboratory usage, library membership, and participation in regular co-curricular activities. We offer flexible payment options including annual, semi-annual, and quarterly payment plans to accommodate different family budgets. The one-time development fee contributes to infrastructure upgrades, technology enhancements, and campus beautification projects that directly benefit your child. A full refund of the admission fee is provided if withdrawal is requested within 15 days of payment, after which a pro-rated refund policy applies as detailed in the school handbook. We do not levy any hidden charges, and all fee revisions are communicated at least one month in advance with a clear rationale.

Children must be at least 2.5 years old as of June 1st of the academic year for which admission is sought. For LKG, the minimum age is 3.5 years, and for UKG, it is 4.5 years. These age guidelines follow CBSE and Government of Telangana recommendations to ensure age-appropriate social and cognitive development. Parents must carry the original birth certificate issued by the municipal corporation for age verification during document submission.
For Pre-Primary and Grade 1, there is a simple interaction session to assess the child's readiness. For Grades 2-12, a basic assessment test in English, Mathematics, and Science is conducted to determine appropriate grade placement. The test evaluates foundational knowledge rather than advanced concepts, and sample question papers are available for download on our website. Parents are welcome to stay on campus during the assessment and can speak with the class teacher about the curriculum and learning approach.
We maintain an excellent student-teacher ratio of 15:1 to ensure personalized attention and effective learning outcomes. Our Pre-Primary sections have an even lower ratio of 12:1 with dedicated teaching assistants. This allows our faculty to identify each child's learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement. Yes, we operate a fleet of GPS-tracked buses covering all major routes across Hyderabad. Each bus is equipped with CCTV cameras, GPS tracking, and is staffed with a female attendant for student safety. Our routes cover Hi-Tech City, Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Miyapur, Kukatpally, and Ameerpet, among other areas. The annual transport fee ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 depending on the route, and parents can track the bus in real-time through our parent mobile app.
We offer merit-based scholarships (up to 50% fee waiver), sports scholarships (up to 40% fee waiver), and sibling discounts (15% for second child). Scholarships are reviewed annually based on performance. The scholarship application window opens in April and September each year, and parents must submit supporting documents including previous academic records and achievement certificates. Admissions for the academic year 2026-27 are now open. The application deadline is March 31, 2026. However, we recommend early application as seats are limited and fill on a first-come, first-served basis. For Pre-Primary sections, where demand is highest, we advise applying before January 2026 to guarantee a spot. Late applications received after the deadline will be considered only if seats remain available, and a late processing fee of ₹1,000 will apply.
